1. Your Right to Return (14-Day Withdrawal Right)

In accordance with Kuwait's Consumer Protection Law No. 39/2014 and Amiri Decree-Law No. 10 of 2026 regulating digital commerce, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, without needing to provide a reason.

You may choose between:

  • A full refund to the original payment method used at checkout
  • An exchange for another item (subject to availability)
  • Store credit, if you prefer this option

The choice is yours. Refunds will be issued in full, at no additional cost.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact
  • You must contact us before sending the item back via WhatsApp +965 6009 1979 or email sales@sbdkuwait.com

3. Items Exempt from Return (Hygiene Grounds)

In line with Ministry of Commerce and Industry guidance on items that come into direct contact with the skin, the following cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Socks (all types)

If a hygiene-exempt item arrives damaged or defective, your full statutory rights to refund or replacement still apply.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receipt via WhatsApp +965 6009 1979 or email sales@sbdkuwait.com
  2. Provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect
  3. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs

5. Return Shipping

  • Damaged or defective items: we cover all return shipping costs
  • Standard 14-day returns (change of mind): the customer is responsible for return shipping. The product refund will be issued in full without deduction
  • Exchanges: the customer covers shipping for the replacement item

6. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (KNET, credit card, etc.)
  • If you prefer store credit instead of a refund to your original payment method, please let us know in writing — this is your choice, not our default

7. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. Once dispatched, your order falls under the standard 14-day return policy.

8. Sizing Assistance

To help you order the right size the first time, please refer to our sizing guide on each product page. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering via WhatsApp +965 6009 1979 — we are happy to advise.

9. Errors in Electronic Contracting

If a technical error occurs during checkout (incorrect price, incorrect quantity, etc.), you have the right to cancel or amend the affected portion of your order in accordance with Decree-Law No. 10/2026.

10. Disputes

In the unlikely event of a dispute that we cannot resolve directly, you may contact:

  • The Consumer Protection Department, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Kuwait
  • The Digital Commerce Dispute Settlement Committee established under Decree-Law No. 10/2026
