Shipping Times

  • All orders in Kuwait are on next day basis to all areas.
  • If items are not in stock, or if any delays occur, we will notify you of the delivery dates.

Shipping Rates, Terms, and Conditions

  • Within Kuwait: Shipping costs 1.5 KD to all areas in Kuwait.
  • Regional Shipping: We ship within Kuwait and Iraq only at the current time. International shipments require 5-7 business days from the date of providing correct shipping information.

Defective Items

  • If an item is defective upon receipt or has a manufacturing defect, a refund or exchange will be granted upon inspection of the item(s).

Received a Wrong Item

  • If you received a wrong item, we will send you a replacement. Once we have received the item(s), or proof of the wrong item, we will ship out the correct item(s) within 3-5 business days, depending on current stock.

Missing Items

  • If items are missing from your order, once we are notified, we will ship out the missing items within 3-5 business days, depending on current stock.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or other regulatory bodies.
